We would like to thank you for your interest in Cherry Pips Preschool – Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard.
Our Academy Preschool is very popular with both our siblings and the local community, meaning we
are extremely oversubscribed, we have one intake per academic year in September and unfortunately
we only have the capacity for 24 children per session, therefore it is with great regret we are unable to
offer your child a placement at this time. Please be advised there is not an appeals process for
Preschool placements.
Your child will remain on our interest list for a potential placement in the future, family circumstances
can and do change so we may contact you later in the year should a space become available. We
have always emphasised the importance of having alternative childcare options as registering your
interest does not guarantee a Preschool place. We apologise for this disappointing news, we
genuinely wish we could accommodate every child at our Preschool. For assistance in finding

Due to the amount of emails the Preschool and School Office receive daily we will be unable to
